Zoey has a background in health science with more than four years of experience in pediatric and neurocognitive research. Before joining MORSE, Zoey completed her Master of Health Science in the Translational Research Program at the University of Toronto, where she collaborated with community hospital stakeholders to implement a novel knowledge translation tool to reduce pediatric trauma-related deaths. Zoey has also successfully led several pro-bono consulting engagements and advised healthcare startups on their go-to-market strategy. With a strong penchant for impact and development, Zoey brings her robust analytical and systematic approach to engagements at MORSE.

The most important lesson I learned through my engagements in the healthcare industry is listening to client needs and challenging underlying assumptions. It is critical to listen and understand the client’s business challenges and their unique assets. Only then will we be able to work together and build a custom solution that maximizes impact.
