Senior Market Access Analyst

Alaina holds an MSc in Health Economics, Policy and Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam with a focus on market access and health economic modelling. She brings a strong foundation in clinical research and consulting, having worked on multi-stakeholder projects spanning policy writing, compliance and strategic communications.

Through her research experience at BC Children’s Hospital, Doctors of BC and her consulting work in pharmaceutical and medical device compliance, Alaina has developed a nuanced understanding of clinical study design, systematic literature reviews and regulatory environments. Her work across these sectors has given her a strong grasp of the Canadian healthcare landscape and the real-world challenges of patient access. She has led cross-functional initiatives, managed complex deliverables, and translated technical findings into accessible, policy-relevant insights for diverse audiences.

I’m passionate about building bridges—between evidence and policy and patients and access. In Canada’s complex market access landscape, complexity shouldn’t be a barrier to access. At MORSE we’re dedicated to creating clear, people-centered strategies that make meaningful access possible.

As a Senior Market Access Analyst at MORSE, she supports market access projects, conducts data analysis, assists in database development, contributes to deliverables and supports business-related activities.
