F5 Management Consulting, established in February 2023, provides strategic and operational guidance to bio-pharmaceutical companies entering the Canadian market. With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare sector, Ben has successfully launched products across the pharmaceutical, diagnostic, biologic, and consumer care sectors. Most recently, Ben held the position of Country Lead and Head of the Neurology business unit for UCB Canada Inc., and helped establish Canada as one of the leading affiliates for the Belgian-based company.
