Senior Market Access Analyst

Kary Yau holds a Masters and bachelor’s in biomedical Discovery and Commercialization from McMaster University. She has gained experience across both regional and global market access functions, supporting HTA submissions and reimbursement tracking at Bayer and contributing to early asset strategy development through cross-regional collaboration at Johnson & Johnson. These experiences have strengthened her understanding of the Canadian reimbursement landscape and the strategic considerations that guide market entry.

With an interest on navigating market access challenges from multiple perspectives, I integrate insights from patients, clinicians, clients, and health systems to design strategic, evidence-driven solutions that advance patient access to innovative therapies.
