Liliya Li is a pharmacist by training with a strong background in real-world data (RWD) engineering, healthcare analytics, and software development. She previously worked at West China Hospital’s Real-World Evidence (RWE) Research Institute, one of China’s leading medical research centers, focusing on data integration and analysis to support clinical and market access strategies. Her contributions to published studies highlight her expertise in handling large datasets and generating meaningful insights for decision-making.

At MORSE, data is essential to driving market access insights and crafting product-specific access strategies. Beyond policy expertise, robust data analysis helps assess real-world impact, cost-effectiveness, and outcomes. By refining data processes, we turn complex information into clear insights, supporting informed decisions for both clients and the healthcare system.

Liliya leverages database management, cloud infrastructure, and backend development to build and enhance MORSE’s data intelligence tool, supporting data-driven decision-making.
