22nd World Congress of Psycho-Oncology & Psychosocial Academy

The 22nd World Congress of Psycho-Oncology & Psychosocial Academy will be VIRTUAL with support from our friends in Kyoto, Japan on May 26-29, 2021. The conference theme is “Diversity, Dialogue and Altruism: To achieve universal psychosocial care for all”.

This conference will bring together professionals from multiple health care disciplines to explore, share, learn and discuss the psychosocial aspects of cancer. Participants include researchers, clinicians, educators from cancer centers and other medical centers, patient advocates/patient partners and community-based organizations representing disciplines including medicine, psychiatry, nursing, psychology, social work, spiritual care, nutrition, rehabilitation medicine and occupational health for both adult and pediatric populations.
