Camilla von Keyserlingk

Senior Manager, HTA

Camilla brings extensive experience in health technology assessment (HTA) processes in Canada. Over the last 8+ years, Camilla has worked in market access at the Canadian Drug Agency (CDA-AMC), where she held progressively senior roles from Submission Analyst to Manager of Pharmaceutical Reviews. In these roles, Camilla has led the assessment of evidence included in HTA dossier submissions and has prepared drug formulary listing recommendations. Earlier in her career, Camilla held roles in HTA, clinical research, and health economic research with the Program for the Assessment of Technology in Health at McMaster University, and supported NICE evidence reviews in the UK

HTA success depends on more than strong data – it requires insight into how evidence is assessed and decisions are made. My focus is helping clients anticipate challenges, identify opportunities in their evidence, and develop practical strategies to support clear and credible HTA decision-making.
As Senior Manager, HTA at MORSE, Camilla partners with clients to develop HTA strategic advice including planning evidence generation and submission strategy, strengthening submission dossiers and communications, and highlighting precedents and nuances critical to HTA reviews. Her analytical mindset and deep understanding of HTA processes help clients to navigate Canada’s complex reimbursement environment with confidence.
